this is a great seem ripper, I grt through a lot of them so finding one which is great value and works is brilliant. I also have to thank rooftop fabrics because I contacted them thinking that they had left it out of my parcel, but it turned out it was my fault for dropping it and not noticing, but rooftop fabrics were polite and courteous and professional and remembered packing my order so I traced my steps and found it right away, .
